Army Welfare Education Society(AWES) has invites the online applications from the eligible candidates to recruit PGT,TGT and PRT teaching posts in various Army Public Schools across the India.So interested and eligible candidates may apply online application on before 21.10.2013 at official website www.awesindia.in.

The vacancy details will be announced at beginning of an academic Year.The vacancy positions will be vary from school to school.Based on the vacancies available,schools advertise for interview.For more details please refer below attached notification.
AWES Teachers Recruitment

Educational Qualification:
The candidates who are applying for PGT post must have Post graduation degree and B.Ed with minimum of 50% marks.The candidates who are applying for TGT,PRT posts must have a graduation degree and B.Ed with minimum of 50% marks.

Age Limit:
Fresh candidates have below 40 years 
For Delhi schools where TGT and PRT should be less than 29 years and PGT less than 35 years.
Experienced candidates have below 57 years (should have minimum of 5 years teaching experience in the past 10 years)

Examination Fee:
The applicants should pay Rs. 600/- as application fee.The payment options are Debit/Credit cards or Net banking or electronic fund transfer.

Selection Procedure:
It will be done at two stages.The stage-1 screening test will conducted on online contains MCQ questions for 100 marks.There is no negative marking.To qualify for a post the candidate must score a minimum of 50% marks in each part.The stage-2 contains interview and evaluation of teaching skills and computer proficiency conducted by the AWES.

Request for past years question papers:
The applicants can get past five years question papers form AWES.You need to send a DD in the favour of 'Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) payable at Delhi' along with your mailing address to Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), FDRC Building No 202, Shankar Vihar, Delhi Cantt – 110010.
Part A   - Rs.100/-
Part B   - Rs.100/-(specify subject)

How to Apply:
  1. The applicants are expected to register ON-LINE for screening exam by logging in to official website of AWES : www.awesindia.in.(opens from 23.09.2013)
  2. Fill up the personal information or online application
  3. Now you need to pay application fee.choose your payment option and make payment 
  4. After payment of fee, the candidates need to upload his recent pass photographs and signatures,proof of date if birth and certificates of academic qualifications.
  5. Finally click on submit button
  6. Once the registration is completed,the candidates will get a confirmation message will be sent to his mobile and email.
  7. Take print-out of AWES online application for future purpose.
